Experience
He has extensive experience in domestic and international investment transactions, advising leading companies, multilateral credit organizations, and financial institutions. He also assists families and SMEs in structuring and protecting their assets.
He has participated in complex business situations and dispute resolution, combining a technical approach with a close and practical perspective.
Before founding FMDC+, he worked as a Legal Fellow at the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) in Washington D.C. and as a senior associate at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.
Education
He holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina and an LL.M. from the University of Texas.
