Experience

He has experience advising on complex transactions and investment projects, combining legal and financial training. He has worked in top-tier law firms and companies, both in Argentina and abroad.

Before joining FMDC⁺ as a partner, he worked at Morano & Sambrizzi, at Clifford Chance (New York), and at Mitrani, Caballero & Ruiz Moreno. He also served as Legal Manager for the Expansion and Finance Project at Axion Energy Argentina S.A.

Education

He holds a law degree from Universidad Austral and is admitted in New York. He obtained an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and completed finance studies at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
