Esteban Russell

Esteban Russell is an of-counsel at FMDC. He has experience in senior positions in the Argentine federal government in the areas of Communications, Justice, and Finance, as a legal executive in Claro and Movistar, and as an external advisor in companies such as Uber Argentina, Uber Mexico, ADT, and Televisa Mexico. He has been a public speaker in the United States and Latin America (International Telecommunications Union, Organization of American States, Internet Society Venezuela Chapter, Mexican Bar Association, etc.). He is also the author of papers published in Argentina, Mexico, England and the United States on Information and Communications Technologies and their relationship with human rights, antitrust and regulatory theory.
