Experience
He has advised companies for decades on their daily operations and on merger, acquisition, and estate reorganization processes. In the public sector, he served at the Ministry of the Interior representing the National Government in disputes of high economic and institutional significance.
He has extensive experience in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and public works.
Education
He holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina and a Master’s degree Summa Cum Laude in Business Law from Universidad Austral.

He participated in drafting the Treatise on Business (Abeledo Perrot, 2010).
