Tomás M. Fiorito

Tomás is a founding and managing partner of FMDC. He is a versatile lawyer, with more than 20 years of experience advising on highly complex transactions, in various industries, in cooperative and conflictive contexts, both local and cross border. Combining legal training with management and coaching tools, he has led and strategically negotiated complex projects. He sits on the Board of several blue chip companies and two internationally renowned non-profit organizations, where he plays roles that combine technical-legal with strategic and organizational management challenges.
