María Curutchet
Maria has been a partner of FMDC since 2018. She has 15 years of experience in dispute resolution of varying complexity, bankruptcy proceedings, international and domestic arbitration; she’s a specialist in international business law and oil and gas. She is a professor and head coach of the international arbitration team at Universidad Austral. Maria was also a member of the Working Group that participated in the drafting of rules related to arbitration, organized by the Argentine Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
